The live recording of the young boy reading the script was too fast, with unclear pronunciation in some parts, as he rushed through without proper pauses. I recommend revising the recording style to improve clarity and the speed of the reading. Additionally, processing and delivering the order took 10 days (7 business days), which contradicted the promised 3-5 business day delivery in the USA, resulting in the gift being delayed.
